The TE Hub is a new resource portal focused on the needs of researchers studying transposable elements (TEs) and repetitive DNA. It currently consists of a wiki site (https://tehub.org) and a discussion forum on the TransposonsWorldwide Slack server. While this effort has just begun, we intend for TE Hub to serve as a source of information on TE-related bioinformatic tools, databases, current research, and protocols, and to house background/educational materials aimed at the broader scientific community.
This is where you come in: TE Hub is a community effort and we are seeking volunteers interested in developing or maintaining these resources. If you would like to help, please contact us at help@tehub.org or simply join in on the discussions on the #te-hub channel at https://transposonsworldwide.slack.com.
You can also help by filling out the TE Hub Workshop Survey.
